Branches of the United States Government

The United States of America has a form of Government called Democracy. The definition of Democracy: is a system of government by the whole population or all the eligible members of a state, typically through elected representatives. In order to achieve Democracy, the USA uses the 3 branches of Government to help them. Here are the three branches of the United States Government:

Legislative


Executive


Judicial 



The Branches of Government






Legislative is allowed to declare war, make laws,borrow money, and  regulate money. The Executive branch is allowed to enforce the laws, be commander-in-chief during war, and supervise the social and financial welfare. The Judicial branch is allowed to interpret the laws and are allowed to call laws unconstitutional or constitutional. So to summarize the branches:


Legislative- this branch makes the laws

Executive- this branch enforces the laws

Judicial- this branch interprets the laws
